Pound for pound 2012 Abbeville running back Ashton Heard very well may be the strongest prospect in the state. Add the fact that he's also one of the fastest and it's not hard to see why many schools are overlooking his lack of size and seeing that his numbers don't lie after leading Abbeville to a state championship last season. One school became the first to extend the Abbeville Panther his first offer.
