A star on the field and in the classroom 2012 Greer quarterback Reese Hannon picked up a trio of offers over the course of the summer. The talented signal caller decided it was time to make a commitment on Wednesday and decided that a local school provides him with the best of everything that's most important to him. 2012 Greer High quarterback Reese Hannon has given his verbal commitment to Furman University. The talented quarterback chose the Paladins over offers from Gardner-Webb and Southern Utah.

Hannon has helped guide Greer to a 4-1 start this season with their lone loss coming at the hands of Rock Hill. The 2012 prospect is currently rated 2-stars by Scout.com and he's proven to be a dual-threat prospect by doing damage both through the air and on the ground for the Yellow Jackets so far.
