The Clemson commit is one of the highest ranked prospects in the Palmetto State and he talks about the Shrine Bowl and thoughts about the Tigers success so far this season. Recently named to the South Carolina Shrine Bowl team 2012 safety Ronald Geohaghan is also one of the state's highest ranked prospects according to Scout.com. SCPrepNation.com continues it "Shrine Bowl" series with Geohaghan as we'll speak with as many Shrine Bowl selections from the South Carolina team leading up to the actual game.

Geohaghan told us he was excited to learn that he had been named to this year's Shrine Bowl team. He's carrying some expectations into this year's game too.

"I want to win and get an interception or a pick six."

Things have gone extremely well for Geohaghan and his Allendale-Fairfax teammates so far this season he says.

"Things are going pretty good. We're 6-2 overall and 5-0 in the region."

The 2012 prospect has a looming battle against Bamberg-Ehrhardt tonight and he talked about the atmosphere that it tends to bring each season.

"I'm pretty excited because every year it's always a big game."

With his college destination already picked Geohaghan talked about his thoughts on the success that Clemson is enjoying.

"I'm very excited about the team's success. Personally I think that we'll compete for a national championship in the next 2 to 3 years."

Geohaghan says he's been working as a recruiter for the Tigers especially with, "Carlos Watkins and Chad Kelly."

Looking ahead to the Shrine Bowl he says that he's really looking forward to the camraderie that comes from the week's activities, practices, and game.

"I'm really looking forward to hanging out with Cordrea Tankersley, Marty Williams, T.J. Burrell, Javarius Leamon, and the rest of the Clemson commits that are playing in the game. Really I am looking forward to hanging out with all the other top players in the state."
