Bamberg-Ehrhardt running back Demetrius Odom landed his seventh scholarship offer on Tuesday according to BEHS assistant coach Corey Crosby.
"Georgia Southern just offered Demetrius Odom today. They came by and said that they loved him."
The offers have been coming at a steady rate for the 2013 prospect who finished his junior season with 1,400 yards and 18 touchdowns on the ground. The 6'1 195 pound back has tremendous speed boasting a personal best of 4.57 seconds in the 40 yard dash.
Jabo Lee of Dillon may be rated higher currently but Demetrius Odom is making a case to be included as one of the top running backs here in the state for the 2013 class. Once our rankings are revised in another month we'll see how things unfold and have position breakdowns and analysis as well.
