The Woodruff High School junior was in Death Valley to watch Clemson play South Carolina.

"It was pretty fun. It was a heated rivalry game, all the fans going crazy and stuff. It was a fun thing to be a part of and watch," he told CUTigers on Sunday.

Clemson's charged up environment made the experience that much better.

"It was fun, especially everybody in solid orange. That was pretty cool to see. The chants and everything like that for their team. It's a fun environment to go to and watch games," Bone said.

He spoke with several Clemson coaches and staff members.

"They're a bunch of cool guys…they're a bunch of fun guys and cool guys," Bone said.

Though Clemson is the first visit he's taken in a while, Bone hopes to hit the road in the coming weeks and months.

"I'm trying to visit all the schools around here," he said. "I want to go to Georgia, Carolina, Clemson, Mississippi, North Carolina, places like that. I'm going to try to start making my way further out."

So far, Clemson, South Carolina and Ole Miss have offered.

Who leads?

"I don't have any favorites right now."

A decision won't be made anytime soon.

"Probably, in my senior season," Bone said. "I'm only a junior right now, so I've still got a whole other year to think about that."

As a junior, Bone caught 65 passes for 1,150 yards and 15 touchdowns.
