Kendall Joseph Profile

We're not ones to say "we told you so," but...."we told you so!" 2014 Belton Honea Path linebacker Kendall Joseph is finally starting to get his just due after piling up some amazing stats the past two seasons for the Bearcats. On Monday he received his first offer from a BCS school and on Tuesday he picked up another pair of offers.

"I just got offered by Appalachian State today," Joseph told us on Tuesday.

Within a few hours Joseph had contacted us again with more good news.

"UCLA just offered me. Linebackers/special teams coach Jeff Ulbrich offered me."

Joseph got an assist from one of his good friends and training partner, 2013 T.L. Hanna High linebacker Ben Boulware who is a Clemson commitment. In fact, the Bruins had never really made contact with Joseph before.

"No I never talked to them before. Ben Boulware, a great 2013 linebacker that I workout with all the time was talking to the linebackers coach and recommended me to him. The coach evaluated my film, loved the way I played, and pulled the trigger with an offer."

So in a matter of 36 hours Joseph has gone from zero offers to three. With 2 BCS offers and one FCS offer to his name now we asked the 2014 prospect how he feels now with so much love being shown to him in the past few days? The 6'1 220 pound play maker told us his thoughts.

"It feels amazing, almost surreal, for those 3 offers to come that fast but hard work truly pays off."

Joseph says that he is very interested in Louisville, Appalachian State, and UCLA because of their offers. Others have been in contact or on the fence it seems but with the fast trio of offers it would appear things will start to escalate in a hurry with other schools. So what other schools is the BHP standout interested in hearing a lot more from in the very near future?

"Georgia Tech, South Carolina, Georgia, Clemson, North Carolina, North Carolina State, and Vanderbilt are just a few!"
