Aldrick Fordham will be on USC’s campus for an unofficial visit next week, and SCPrepNation.com has the latest scoop.
“My dad and I are supposed to be going up to South Carolina on Monday for a visit," Fordham told SCPrepNation.com in a recent interview. “They want us to come up around noon. I’m looking forward to going up there because it’s one of the schools that I really like.”
Fordham told SCPrepnation.com that he is expecting the Gamecocks to pull the trigger. “I really feel like they are going to offer me a scholarship,” Fordham told SCPrepNation.com. “I would really like that. USC is very close to home and I like their fans; they are real supportive.”
An offer from the Gamecocks would give the 6-3, 220 pound DE/TE his second major scholarship offer, with Tennessee being the first program to throw their hat into the ring.
Should the Gamecocks decide to pull the trigger, they will have a huge advantage over several other programs; location… Fordham lives roughly two hours away from Columbia which would make it very convenient for family and friends to come and see him, should he decide to make USC his place of residence.
