Bay Amrhein Profile
Linebacker, Bay Amrhein, of Bishop England High School has decided on where he wants to spend the next 4-5 years of his life. The 6-3, 230 pound stud recently brought his recruitment to an end after making a verbal pledge to join The Citadel Bulldogs next fall. The 2009 star will only be a hop, skip, and a jump from where he played high school football.
Amrhein is without question a big pick up for Coach Higgins and the Bulldog Coaching Staff. Do not be surprised if this young man sees a significant amount of playing time early on.
On this past fall, Amrhein recorded 105 tackles, 23 TFL, and 10 sacks on defense. He also contributed on the offensive side of the ball from his fullback position where he rushed for over 500 yards and 2 scores. He was also a First-Team All-LowCountry selection.
