2011 wide receiver prospect, Bo Patterson, from out of James Island Charter High School was in Columbia on this past Saturday taking the Junior Day Festivities at the University of South Carolina. However, the 6-1, 185 pound wideout did not make the trip alone. Bo’s teammate, C.J. Bray, a 6-8, 250 pound OL/DL prospect was also on hand to take in some of the activities. James Island Head Football Coach, John Patterson, gave SCPrepNation.com a quick update oh how things went for the two Lowcountry standouts. “They had a great time and were in awe of the facilities and vision for the program over the next few years,” Patterson shared with SCPrepNation.com.

Coach Patterson, who accompanied the two players in Columbia, truly felt like the trip was worthwhile. “The program was very informative,” he said. “All the coaches were cordial and there was a feeling that USC is ready and capable of taking the next step in the SEC.”
