Williams Impresses SEC Coaches During Camp

It's camp season and one prospect that has decided to hit the road with great frequency is 2011 LB Darrius Williams. The BHP standout is currently on a whirlwind tour of SEC camps. He impressed one SEC powerhouse earning plenty of one on one attention from their LB coaches. Come inside to find out the inside scoop with SCPrepNation.com.

Right now 2011 BHP standout LB/DE Darrius Williams is on the road trying to open the eyes of some SEC coaches as he's hitting the camp circuit hard right now. Williams just finished up camp at one SEC school and will soon be camping with another powerhouse this weekend.

Williams made the short ride down to Athens to camp with Georgia on Monday for a one day camp and while there he made an immediate impact.

"Right when I got there all three linebacker coaches pulled me aside and wanted to know my name and where I was from. I got a chance to work with all three of them one on one."

Currently Darrius is in Florida set to camp with the Gators June 12-June 15. After that he'll be off to Vanderbilt the following Friday to camp with Vanderbilt who has been showing heavy interest.

Williams holds an offer from Wisconsin currently but has a slew of schools showing interest now. Having good size, instincts, and speed to boot Williams has become an intriguing prospect for college coaches.
