| Franklin is a quickly emerging prospect who has all the physical tools a very good player on the next level. Upside is a big factor as well as he's still learning some of the nuances of the game. Jams well on the line and has great hips. Practices against two of the state's top receivers in Chris Rhodes and Marlin Butler daily which is a reason he's come along so quickly. Leaping ability is superb as there are very few passes he can't climb the ladder to go and get. Franklin very well could be a steal for a program who can afford to sit him a year to develop him further. One of the elite athletes in the state for 2009.
